You can request account deletion at any time. Your data is yours — here is exactly what happens when you do.
Quick note on where your data lives: Your conversations, code, and files live on your own private cloud box — not on Wetlether's servers. Deleting your account removes your credentials from our systems; your box content is removed when you delete the box or cancel your subscription.
There are two ways to delete your Wetlether account:
Sign in and delete your account in one step. Your box lives in your own cloud, so you also tear that down in your own cloud account — the confirmation screen tells you how.
Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line: "Delete my account". We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed from Wetlether's systems:
Once deleted, these cannot be recovered. Your access to the Wetlether app ends immediately upon deletion.
Wetlether is built on a private-cloud architecture. Your conversations, code, and files are stored on your own private cloud box — they are never copied to or stored on Wetlether's servers. This means:
Account data (your email address and access token) is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete.
If you have any questions about account deletion or your data, email [email protected].
